Scope of services
Accrued Travel provides award-travel research and booking guidance. We analyze your points balances, identify the best redemption options, and walk you through booking flights and hotels using your own loyalty accounts. We do not book on your behalf, manage your accounts, or handle post-booking changes or cancellations.
Deposit and fees
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to begin research. This deposit is credited in full toward your final fee. One deposit covers one search. If you change your destination, dates, or trip scope after research has begun, an additional $50 search fee applies. All fees are due upon delivery of your booking guidance.
No financial advice
Our guidance is about maximizing travel value from points and miles — not investment, credit, or financial planning advice. We do not advise on which credit cards to open, how to structure spend, or any financial decisions beyond travel redemption strategy.
Affiliate disclosure
We may include referral or affiliate links to credit cards or travel services in our communications. If you use these links, we may receive compensation at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe are genuinely useful.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance, but award availability, pricing, and program rules change frequently and without notice. We are not liable for booking errors, expired offers, program changes, or travel disruptions that occur after our guidance is delivered. You are responsible for verifying all booking details before confirming reservations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
