We use standard email and form services to receive and manage inquiries. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not share your information with airlines, hotels, or loyalty programs beyond what is necessary to research and explain booking options to you.
Data retention
We keep request details and correspondence for up to two years to reference prior work and improve service quality. After that period, we securely delete or anonymize the data. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
